Chronique d'étymologie grecque
Chronicle of Greek etymology
The "Chronique d'étymologie grecque (CEG)" has been published since 1996 in the Revue de Philologie, de Littérature et d'Histoire anciennes (Paris). Its objective is to show the factual and bibliographical elements of information for the benefit of research workers interested in recent developments in lexical and etymological science. It is also intended to complement the existing etymological dictionaries, in particular the Dictionnaire étymologique de la langue grecque. Histoire des mots by Pierre Chantraine (Paris, Klincksieck, 1968-1980; fascicule IV-2 by Olivier Masson, Jean-Louis Perpillou and Jean Taillardat).
